"Under Pressure" was the first major "Detox" leak, surfacing online in July 2010. It was first announced in April of the same year, planned for a single release that was delayed in favor of Eminem's "Not Afraid". Dre released a statement on the leak afterward, confirming its authenticity and that it was unfinished. The instrumental appeared in an HP commercial shortly after the leak, but never released as a single. Generally mixed to negative reactions to the song online after its leak may be responsible for it being scrapped. The song marked a reunion between Scott Storch and Dre, who hadn't been on good terms or worked together since the early-2000s. Interpolates "I Smoke, I Drank" by Body Head Bangerz.
Dr. Dre - Under Pressure [V3](feat. Jay-Z & Diablo Vazquez) (prod. Dr. Dre)
Later version of "Under Pressure" featuring little-known artist Diablo Vazquez filling in the previously open sections of the song with a hook, often mistaken for Sly Pyper. The legitimacy and origin of this version is a bit unclear, it surfaced sometime around September 2010, but given the artists' obscurity and the song having leaked already it's possible it's a remix of sorts being passed off as official. Only a very low-quality version has surfaced.
