Busta Rhymes - I'll Hurt You [V1] [Clean](prod. Scott Storch)
I'll Hurt You was meant to release as a single, strangely enough a clean version exists. The clean version is based from V1. Found on soulseek in 2024.
⭐ Busta Rhymes - I'll Hurt You [V2](feat. Eminem) (prod. Scott Storch)
Leaked by Funk Flex. Was meant to appear on The Big Bang but was removed after it leaked.
Mr. Porter - ??? [V1](prod. Mr. Porter)(Jump Out)
Originally posted to runyonave.com by Denaun Porter back in 2005. Has alternate production (but you can hear the similarities in the beat) a skit at the end and a transition into another track following the skit. (This technically isn't a leak as it was officially posted by its producer seemingly before Dre got his hands on it but because it's related to an unreleased song and it wasn't offically released for purchase it fits here).
Proof - I Ain't Scared [V1](prod. Eminem)(Oil Can Harry, Trapped)
"Grown Man Sh!t" mixtape version without the mixtape tags, leaked in 2008.

cover The Re-Up(Collaboration with Shady Records)(Hand 2 Hand)
City Of Gold(perf. Bobby Creekwater)
Mentioned in an article from before The Re-Up came out. Was leaked a while after. Could have been saving it for A Brilliant Mistake until it leaked.
Shady Narcotics [V?](perf. Eminem)
On the clean version of the song, Eminem says "brand new ***t" instead of "50 Cent". There is likely an alternative version of the song with this line that is explicit. Unknown if it was made before or after the released version.
Ski Mask Way (Eminem Remix) [V1](perf. 50 Cent) (prod. Disco D & Eminem)
Leaked on YouTube by G-Unit Archive in early 2023, and went unnoticed until mid-2025. Lacks The Re-Up tags and has slightly different mixing.
The Re-Up [V2?](perf. Eminem & 50 Cent) (prod. Eminem)
The clean version of the song has one additional string, the "boom boom chuck" vocals are mixed differently throughout the whole song, and an unlayered Em vocal with him saying "chuck" was left in at 1:10. Unknown if it was made before or after the next entry.
You Don't Know [V4](with Eminem, 50 Cent, Ca$his & Lloyd Banks)
Judging by the acapella bleed, Ca$his' verse was recorded on a different version of the beat with the full drum pattern.
cover Album 6
Careful What You Wish For [V1]
OG Filename: Careful 5.23.06 A different vocal take of verse 1 is heard in the hook acapella bleed and the 'new music' stem that is not present in the stems folder. The first verse appears to end on the "that shit'd be Illmatic" line, but it's likely Em was just recording the hook on the wrong part of the song. Joe Strange mentioned that a version of this song from 2006 had a different vocal take, likely referencing this version. He also gave a filename to a version of Careful What You Wish For which is dated 3 days prior to the leaked version, which was either a typo, or he was referring to a different version of the song, likely this one.
⭐ Careful What You Wish For [V2]
OG Filename: 5.26.06 Careful Main_07 Has uncut news segments, an intro speech, different production, and different mixing on the vocals. Seen in a folder for Album 6.
⭐ Follow Me(feat. Nate Dogg) (prod. Scott Storch)(Sub Club)
Recorded on the same day as "Scream", less than a week after Curtain Call released. Leaked by The Soul Intent Enthusiast. Full lossless is in circulation.
My Darling [V1]
OG Filename: Darling 2.27.2006 Joe Strange confirmed that My Darling started in 2006 and was finished in 2008. Heavy splicing and no chainsaws in the intro can be heard in the acapella headphone bleed of the release version. The acapella file name also points to the track having gone through 13 takes, so this version likely has quite a few differences. Would've lacked the "lose your best friend from high school, your wife too" portion for instance, since this version was recorded months before Proof's death and the divorce. Seen in a folder for Album 6.
✨ Kam - Murder Dem Murderers [V1](prod. Dr. Dre)(Murder These Murderers, Premonition, Music To Be Murdered By)
Original Version of Premonition was given to Kam and then eventually to Em. It should be noted that Em worked on Premonition before MTBMB, but it is unclear when.

cover King Mathers
⭐ My Darling [V12](prod. Eminem)
Confirmed by Joe Strange to be the intro to King Mathers. Opens with a skit featuring Hailie, Alaina, Stevie, Adam and Nate rummaging through Shady's garage/storage unit. Em does the reference for Dre on the phone call, which was made into backing vocals for the final version. The rest of the song is the same as the release version, aside from the intro synth dropping several decibels when the chainsaw kicks in. The alarm and Em’s "AHH" scream at the end of the intro were later reused at the end of 'Brand New Dance' and in the second verse of 'Antichrist' on TDOSS. The "ohhh shit" line also reappears at the end of 'Dr. West - Skit' for Relapse. Transitions into an unknown track. Leaked the day after SFTL3. Lossless is in circulation.

⭐ Sad Keys(Difficult, Dudey)
Leaked by Koolo. A song about Proof. Has open hooks, so it's unfinished. Saved under the name "Sad Keys" likely because it is the name of the beat. There is no true name for this song, as it was just a demo idea never meant for release. Untagged is in circulation.
Strong Arm Steady - Talking To Myself [V2](feat. Kobe Honeycutt) (prod. DJ Khalil)(Talkin' 2 Myself)

Gore's 2003 album 'Counterfeit 2' attached to the metadata of the OG file for unknown reasons. The filename was mistitled as "50 Ways To Kill A Lover", but the true song name is "50 Ways To Kill Your Lover".

OG Filename: Cut back 11.27.07 Transitions from Everything I Do into 50 Ways To Kill A Lover.

From October/November 2007. Appears to have been re-exported in 2008 (likely for that version of the mixtape).
⭐ G.O.A.T.(GOAT)
OG Filename: GOAT Leaked by Koolo. Transitions from It's Been Real and likely the outro to King Mathers. The Paul Wall and Bubba Sparxxx rhyme scheme is a call-back to the intro track, My Darling. The "Raggedy Ann and Andy" bars would later be reused for Underground on Relapse.
Hip-Hop(Hip-Hop Shop)
Transitions from an unknown track into It's Been Real. Likely not the true name of the song. Not to confused with Hip Hop by Bizarre or I Am Hip Hop.
⭐ It's Been Real
Leaked by Koolo. Transitions from Hip-Hop into G.O.A.T. The song interpolates When I'm Gone. Would've likely been the outro for King Mathers. From November/December 2007.
Unknown [Hip-Hop Transition Song]
The start of Hip-Hop has a brief transition from an unknown song. Could be any of the songs mentioned here.

OG Filename: 03 Listen Up Take It originally started in 2001 and only had the one verse, then in 2003 he added the hook at the end of the song, and finally in 2008 he added some additional vocals in the intro. Likely edited down from the full version of the song, as it's mostly repetition of Eminem's hook. Rumors say there is a CDQ version in existence. The song was registered with ASCAP

The version of "Die Hard" that played during the final episode of “Fight Camp 360º: Pacquio vs. Mosley” had some small production differences, mainly the synths being a bit higher pitched. The version of the song played in the episode was also a TV edit with large open beat sections where interview clips were layered over.

OG Filename: talk to me LB NEW MIX-M3NT_01-01 Scrapped from Young Jeezy's album, TM:103 Hustlerz Ambition. This song caused/added to Freddie and Jeezy's beef due to it leaking before album release, as Freddie didn't want to work with Em in the first place.
